Technology is key to improving productivity and customer experience, we only use or develop technology that adds value to our productivity or customer experience, our goal with any application is to boast productivity, empower our staff and enhance our customer experiences.

Our technology brand, Vision Technologies, provides the latest platform available in the market to help our clients streamline their orders, delivery, and reduce waste and cost. We aim to be pioneers in our technologies, and are already having agreements with leaders in the Robotic Process Automation space to enter the automation data area of supply chain management.

Whale Global Network

Our global network is one we are proud of. We have close relationships with agents, shipping lines, and our suppliers throughout Asia, Australia/New Zealand, and we are now expanding further to Europe and the Americas. We are close to our supplier, we have regular supplier events. Our suppliers are an extension of our business and they believe in our brand and what we are want to achieve to ensure we can deliver what our customers need.

Our Global Network also includes our clients. We offer all clients a dedicated customs success manager as their single point of contact. We have a rigid customer onboarding process to ensure we truly understand how our customers operate and how we can integrate into their day to day activities creating a seamless transition from their incumbent to Whale Logistics. Our senior management team monitor and review KPI’s and customer metric’s every week and month to ensure we are on the front foot, we are transparent with our clients as we always have a long term partnership mentality in everything we do.

Whale Values

Our values are the principles in which we base on to interact internally and how we manage our work. Our values guide how we approach business and life, and how we solve our customers’ problems.

Our Whale Cares community program has excelled over the past few years, with 2017 being the peak of our success. In 2017, Whale Cares donated over AUD 20,000 for various charities such as Smith Family, Surf Lifesaving, Polished Man, November and World Vision. In 2018 we plan to revise how we can execute and support our chosen charities and communities.
